TICKETS

What is included with the Rafa Nadal Museum ticket?

Your ticket includes access to the museum, where you can discover Rafa Nadal’s sporting career, see some of the most important trophies he has won, and enjoy interactive experiences related to the world of sport.

You will also have access to a gallery dedicated to legendary athletes, featuring unique memorabilia from international sports stars, as well as exclusive audiovisual content, interviews, unseen footage, and immersive experiences created exclusively for the museum and available only during your visit.

 

Can I buy tickets online?

Yes. You can purchase your tickets online in advance or directly at the museum ticket office, subject to availability.

 

Can I buy tickets on the day of my visit?

Yes, provided tickets are still available. However, we recommend booking in advance, especially during holidays, weekends, and peak season.

 

What ticket options are available?

We offer different ticket options, including:

  • Museum admission.
  • Museum admission + a guided tour of the Rafa Nadal Academy facilities.

Available options will be displayed during the booking process.

 

Is there a family ticket?

Yes. We offer a Family Pack for 2 adults and 2 children, available exclusively at the museum ticket office.

 

Do children need a ticket?

Yes. All children require a ticket to enter the museum.

  • Ages 0–5: Free admission.
  • Ages 6–12: Child ticket.
  • Ages 13 and over: Standard admission.

 

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellations are not permitted. However, changes may be allowed subject to our terms and conditions. Please refer to our Cancellation and Changes Policy for more information.

 

What happens if I arrive late?

We will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. However, we cannot guarantee entry at your originally booked time slot.

What is included in the guided tour of the facilities?

The guided tour gives you the opportunity to explore some of the main areas of the Rafa Nadal Academy and discover what daily life is like at a high-performance sports training centre.


How does the guided tour of the Rafa Nadal Academy facilities work?

The guided tour lasts approximately 30 minutes, is available daily, and is subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your place.


Will I be able to access all of the facilities?

The tour follows a predefined route, which may vary depending on the Academy’s sporting and academic activities or operational requirements.


Will I be able to watch the players training?

Does the guided tour of the facilities include admission to the museum?

The Rafa Nadal Museum can be visited independently, while the guided tour of the Rafa Nadal Academy facilities is an optional add-on available with selected tickets.

If you have purchased a ticket that includes the guided tour, you will be able to enjoy both the guided visit to the Academy facilities and self-guided access to the Rafa Nadal Museum at your own pace. Please check the services included with your ticket during the booking process.


Is the guided tour of the Rafa Nadal Academy accessible for visitors with reduced mobility?

The Rafa Nadal Museum is fully accessible for visitors with reduced mobility. The Rafa Nadal Academy also offers accessible facilities; however, the guided tour route includes some sections with stairs and cannot currently be made fully accessible.

Where is the Rafa Nadal Museum located?

Is parking available?

Yes. Free parking is available within the Academy complex.

 

Can I take photographs?

Yes. Photography for personal use is permitted, except in areas where otherwise indicated.

No. Pets are not allowed in the museum or on the guided tours, with the exception of officially accredited assistance dogs.

 

 

Are there lockers or a cloakroom?

No. We do not currently offer lockers or a cloakroom service.

 

 

How long does it take to visit the museum?

The average visit lasts approximately 1 hour.

 

 

What facilities and services are available during my visit?

Within the Academy complex, you will find free parking, a gift shop, three restaurants, and a café, where you can enjoy a meal, a snack, or a drink before or after your visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Tickets for the RAFA NADAL MUSEUM are not refundable. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation, the total amount of the purchase will be charged.

 

RULES FOR VISITORS

RAFA NADAL MUSEUM has been designed and built so you can enjoy the facilities to the fullest. We ask that you comply with these rules so we can achieve together a wonderful stay for you.

 

RULES OF OPERATION

1. You must purchase tickets in the authorized and designated points.
2. Anyone who does not have a ticket for the chosen pass may be expelled from our facilities, so we ask that you keep your ticket on hand during your stay since our personnel may request to see it at any time.
3. The loss or misplacement of your ticket does not entitle you for reimbursement. Once the visit has begun, no change or return will be allowed.
4. Each ticket has the following information: date and time of the visit and the type of visit. Please pay attention to this information.
5. It is strictly prohibited to maintain improper conduct that may disturb other visitors and/or alter the public, such as: screaming, blocking any exit or hallway, verbally or physically attack other visitors or RAFA NADAL MUSEUM personnel, or be in an evident state of intoxication.
6. Such individual/s that cause material damage within the complex will be responsible for such damage and must repair or replace it.
7. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the RAFA NADAL MUSEUM facilities.
8. Food and/or drinks are not allowed in the RAFA NADAL MUSEUM facilities. (This establishment has a BAR – Restaurant available).
9. Animals are not allowed in the complex with the exception of dog guides.
10. For hygiene reasons and out of respect for others, accessing the facilities with an exposed torso, be barefoot or in swimwear is prohibited.
11. The use and consumption of drugs and/or other narcotics is strictly forbidden.
12. RAFA NADAL MUSEUM is not responsible for the loss or for stolen objects in their facilities.
13. Safekeeping of exhibit pieces. It is strictly prohibited to touch exhibits. There is an alarm system that monitors the facilities and the exhibit.
14. Microphones. The use of amplified microphones is prohibited.
15. Photographs. Exposed objects and the facilities can be photographed with handheld devices. You must request a permit from the RAFA NADAL MUSEUM Management if you want to use tripods or professional equipment.
16. The use of an extensible stick with an automatic trigger to take pictures or selfies is prohibited.
17. Baby Strollers. Strollers are allowed in the RAFA NADAL MUSEUM facilities.
18. RAFA NADAL MUSEUM can exercise their right to remove any visitors who fail to comply with the rules. If this were the case, they are not entitled to the reimbursement of their tickets.
19. According to the center’s emergency plan, visitors must follow the Evacuation of the RAFA NADAL MUSEUM instructions in the event of the interruption of services. If you have any questions, please consult with any of our personnel who are at your disposal.

RAFA NADAL MUSEUM assumes no responsibility, for any damage or loss of profits, in the event of the interruption of Services, delays, errors, service malfunction, and in general, other inconveniences that originate out of the control of RAFA NADAL MUSEUM, and/or due to a painful act or fault of User(s) and/or due to a Force Major.
